I started with Scott in April and have seen huge advancement in endurance, strength, appearance, and overall health. I’m happy with the results (and I still train with Scott so I’ll continue to see improvement). I’ve lost 30 pounds, 9% body fat, and can see my vastly increased muscle tone in the mirror. Comparing my workouts today to when i first started is almost a joke.
His regime isn’t only for working out but for health and diet too. He’ll casually greet you with a “how’s your day” which may seem like small talk but he’s also learning about your daily habits, and using that info to personalize a diet/lifestyle plan to help you be at your best at all times.
