Scott is the final piece of the puzzle in helping me get back into shape and stay there! He truly caters each person’s workout to what they need, to what their goals are and to what they can achieve.
I told him on the first day that I never had any expectations to have a body like his. It’s not in the cards (or the genes!) for me. My goals, as an almost 50-year-old man, are to be toned, to make sure my core strength is solid, to have good physical stamina and to regularly get a good dose of cardiac conditioning He is completely comfortable working with me to achieve all of that. Scott’s also comfortable taking an overall view of the situation — to talking about your diet, your sleep patterns and other choices you’re making during the day.
He’s got a great demeanor. He’s interested but never pushy in his questions. He’s got a great sense of humor and can appreciate my giving him some playful attitude at various times. He’s warm and engaging and doesn’t just push you for the sake of pushing you or for some sadistic thrill that I’ve witnessed in other trainers. I highly recommend him!
